It’s been a big week for IJM Bolivia. Three convictions in one week is no small feat, particularly given the context of delays and postponed hearings I talked about in my previous post. Our grand total for the year to date now stands at 13 – more than in any previous year we’ve been working in Bolivia. We’re praying in confidence for more before the year is out.

The worst thing about unemployment

Now that I'm more than a month into my current unemployment, I’m starting to find it all a bit overwhelming. But not for the reasons you might think. It’s 10am on a weekday and I’m sitting in a café, sipping my on-the-whole-pretty-decent large flat white, writing this. It’s not a bad life, really.
